Opportunity Knocks, the national nonprofit job board, seeks a creative, energetic sales professional.
Position:
This position focuses on selling a portfolio of online job recruitment products and services including job postings, hiring packages and integrated programs to nonprofit organizations and recruitment agencies across the nation.
Responsibilities include:
Identify and pursue new customers through prospecting various sources
Contact prospects and current customers by performing and tracking daily telephone sales calls, e-mail and other communication methods
Upsell and expand relationships with current customers
Reach or exceed monthly sales goals
Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales efforts and activities
Strategize with team on sales and marketing initiatives based on monitoring both market trends and needs assessment of current customers and prospects
Analyzing and developing methods to improve one-on-one relationship building with clients in key markets
Inter-department coordination
Other duties as assigned
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years prior sales/business development/nonprofit development experience
Must be able to demonstrate previous track record
Previous success working in a commission based position and call center environment a plus
Job board experience and knowledge of the recruitment category a plus
Outside sales experience a plus
Nonprofit development experience a plus
Skills:
Requires excellent communication skills via telephone, e-mail and other written forms
Requires working knowledge of Power Point, Word, CRM and Excel
Team work and customer service oriented
Compensation
Base Salary plus commission. Opportunity Knocks offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience
