We are looking for hard working and self-motivated individuals who expect to be rewarded for performance and results. You will be responsible for sales of recruiting products and services in a defined geographic territory - already populated with a strong customer base of pre-existing corporate accounts.

As part of your role, you will need to identify, contact, and develop new customers through outbound telesales. Strong understanding of telesales skills including probing, overcoming objections, negotiating, and closing techniques are highly desired. •3 year of sales experience preferred
•Experience in prospecting for sales leads and some cold calling experience
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to articulate solutions and business models to executive level decision-makers
•A voice that projects confidence and enthusiasm
•Self-motivated, results-oriented, team player
•Effective time management skills
•Strong computer skills and knowledge of Internet navigation
The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following:
•Experience selling Web-based solutions

•Knowledge of technical disciplines and systems
