We recently did a trial Google Adwords campaign aimed at attracting employers/recruiters to our jobsite to register and post vacancies...
It was less effective than we had hoped, and now our PPC agency have turned around to us and said "Oh yeh, employer-campaigns never work, it didn't even work for the award winning TotalJobs campaign"...
(Leaving aside our issues with them taking on our business if they didn't think it would work...)
Has anyone had any experience of PPC campaigns targeting employers/receuiters? Obviously candidate sourcing via PPC works pretty well, but has anyone made it work for employers?
Or should we give up and concentrate on other tools instead..?
Feel free to email me on matt@fusejobs.co.uk instead/aswell as replying on here!
Cheers!!!
Matt
