EXPERIENCE
• 15+ years of solid experience with Open-to-Close full desk lifecycle recruiting within the corporate environment for technical and functional, exempt and non-exempt, diversified, individual contributors, interns, contract and conversion placements requiring highly specialized skills. Point of contact for all recruiting related activities.
• Industries were mainly within IT, Telecom, Software, Hardware, Wireless, Wireline.
• Maintain direct communications with all levels of management, departments, teams and remote branch offices.
• Support in writing job descriptions along with reviewing and editing job descriptions written by others.
• Review and enter requisitions into ATS and route for approval. Open and post approved requisitions onto intranet site, various national job boards, out to networking groups and niche sites.
• Source and indentify qualified candidates through traditional and innovative recruiting methods, pre-screen, conduct debriefs, discuss company profile, benefits and job requirements. Arrange phone and face-to-face interviews to assure solid placements. Explain and initiate applicable skills testing to candidate.
• Promptly follow-up with all interviewing members and request required feedback to be received within 24 hours.
• Follow-up with candidate regarding feedback and process.
• Extend verbal offer after all compensation approvals have been received. Establish tentative contingent start date, prepare written offer letter along with new hire packet and send to candidate by means of email, fax, express delivery, etc…
• Obtain and carry out the on-boarding process to assure candidate’s first day on the job is smooth with required setup.
• Maintain solid communications with candidate up through hire date.
• Sustain database of all candidate information to include curriculum vitae, candidate conversations and other appropriate documentation.
