So what is this means? If Jobalized.com receives a profile from a candidate, that matches the characteristics the employer or recruiter is looking for the open position, the system will notify them by email with a link to download the candidate’s resume and profile. This new feature will save employers and recruiters time, by conducting the search automatically and at the same time Employers and Recruiters will have the ability to better manage the use of resume / cv download credits.
For Professionals Job Seekers:
Job Opportunities Email Notifications
If a Recruiter or Employer sends Jobalized.com a new job opening, and this new job posted matches the professional's profile, the system will notify the job seeker by email, with a link to review the job opportunity.
Jobalized! takes in consideration the Professional's current or last Job Title, Country, City, State, and or relocation alternatives, to match the profiles with newly posted job opportunities.

No problem. I understand about the time involved, it's never ending, always something more to do. I have taken a huge risk myself, spent lots of money and time too. I was laid off so Hirespin gets all my time and i cant imagine doing both. Your definitely doing a great job and headed in the right direction. Ken Levinson another member here told me that the problems and work never end and I have found that to be true but it's a lot of fun to watch your board grow!
