Pricing of job ads/CV database access

Hi All,

Just reaching out to everyone to get some opinions of what all you job board owners consider to be the future of paid advertising/resume database access.

Obviously there are arguments for and against charging advertisers for job ad posting and/or resume database access but I'm curious to know if the boards that do currently charge feel threatened by the new wave of social media (tiwtter etc).

Anyone care to share their ideas?
