Non-Profit Job Boards

Does anybody have any experience with job boards run by non-profits? I'm speaking with a group about setting up something to promote their region and fight 'brain drain' - I'd love to know what others are doing.

We are still working on incorporating some of our old content (resume builder, blogs, additional advice and resources) but I think we're off to a good start.
