I believe this has been going on for some time now. It's nothing new. I heard of companies even doing it with college interns.
The article made some pretty bold comments. How is Myspace key for job seekers or that Job boards will be dead in three years? Myspace is a neon 'ghetto.'

Can you not succeed in other areas than just job postings? Do you really have to have the most job postings or quality postings?
I don't think you can focus on one or the other, it's a balancing act. Or maybe you can just pick employers one at a time that you know you can easily fill their jobs.
It's nothing new, it's has that template feel too it.... although it is very professional.
