Where to find your dreamjob?

Last week I gave a presentation on a career fair aimed at PhDs. AcademicTransfer is a niche jobboard for scientist and researchers, so they are our target audience. I like interaction so asked them a whole bunch of questions, this was one of the latest and allthough it was a save bet, the result surpised me.
