Back in March I had read a fantastic article in the Wall Street Journal titled "The HR Department: Give It More Respect." The article was written by Dr. Edward Lawler from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.
The article is finally available online and I wanted to share it with you. The points in this article should be conveyed to company executives.
