Jobtarget acquires itzBig

For those of you who are not very familiar with the recruiting space, ItzBig is a company that developed excellent matching technology. This technology was universally recognized by industry experts as cutting-edge and transforming in its ability to match job seekers to jobs and vice versa.

We are very excited to now own this technology and to welcome Asad Khan, the founder of ItzBig, to the JobTarget team. Asad is joining us as VP of Matching Technology. He is an expert in this type of technology with over a decade of experience in multiple industries and across multiple companies.

Over the next 18 months we will be introducing this technology into various areas of our products and services such as job and resume searching and navigation, job alerts, the job pool, auto matching, ranking, and scoring. This will improve the experience for both job seekers and employers significantly and will drive revenue on your job board.
