Keyword stuffing on Hotjobs

I've always believed a good job description should include keywords at the bottom. Usually I see it in regular text. But this is the first time I've seen it hidden. I don't think Google will appreciate the deception.

I guess hotjobs allows html code... that's a good reason to be careful when allowing HTML
